Vessels for Valor
Charter Company

The parent company and vessel steward behind the Vessels for Valor mission.

Vessels for Valor Charter Company is the parent company and vessel steward behind the Vessels for Valor mission. It serves as the administrative home for the vessel, the brand, the future programs, and the long-term structure being built around them.

Here, “charter” carries its older meaning: a founding purpose, a governing promise, and a mission placed under stewardship.

The Stewardship

The Charter

A vessel, a mission, and a promise under stewardship.

Let it be established that Vessels for Valor Charter Company stands to hold and protect the larger mission: the ship, the brand, the restoration effort, the future programs, and the purpose behind them.

The company is being built around a historic tall ship and a long-term vision for maritime training, veteran purpose, youth development, and traditional seamanship.

This is not only a vessel restoration project. It is the foundation of a future maritime institution — one built to preserve what matters and serve those who are ready to step aboard.

To preserve the ship. To serve the mission.

The Flagship

The Vessel

A historic topsail schooner being restored for future service.

At the heart of the mission is a historic 100-foot steel topsail schooner. The vessel is being restored with the long-term goal of returning her to purposeful service as a platform for seamanship, leadership, training, and connection.

The ship represents more than maritime history. She is intended to become a working place of discipline, responsibility, service, and renewal.

Future use may include maritime training, youth leadership, veteran retreats, educational programming, and public-facing opportunities connected to traditional seamanship.
